I used to suffer from depression and still feel it coming on, now and then. I have found that reading the Bible helps to raise my spirits. Also, getting out into the sun shine, helps also. It has been proven that sunlight, getting to the back of the eyes can brighten ones outlook on things. You could also try prayer to raise your spirits, as well. Getting pleanty of sleep is very important to battle depression. I try to get at least 8-hours a night. This gives the brain time to relax and recharge. The only other thing I could suggest would be good sex, and I only recommend it for married couples.
