What is the top standardized answer you hate to hear in work, when you need help from somebody and coincidentally the person is off work duty, turn you flat, and asks you to approach some other people instead?

Is there a more hideous answer than "That's not my job" or..... "That's not my responsibility/department". That's when I would like to get out an axe and commit gross murder!! Because.... I would NOT be asking the question if I knew the answer (dumbass people who only inhabit THEIR cubicle!)
