Because the food you eat produce too much gas. Go easy on the beans and cabbage girl. It could also be an imbalance in you digestive flora, you might try eating some yoghurt to restock with the proper bacteria.

I have the same problem. I am pretty much constantly hungry. I could grub down like a madman and still be hungry 20 min later. Chalk it up to high metabolism I guess
