How would you like it if every where you went there were photographers waiting to take your picture, hoping to catch you in some compromising position? How would you like it if people kept digging into your private life looking for dirt that they could publish for all the world to read? The vast majority of people would get really upset and probably start looking for a lawyer if they were treated in this way. I doubt that there are any of us that don't have things in their lives that they would rather not have being made public knowledge. However, despite this, many of the same people don't see anything wrong with doing this to their favorite celebrities. As far as I am concerned, the celebrities' private lives are no more my business than your private life is. So, leave them alone. I do understand the desire to know what is going on in the lives of celebrities. There are certain celebrities that I like. One in particular went through a divorce a few years back. I remember when he announced his marriage and the way he seemed to dote on his wife. I was surprised when he announced the divorce. He did not want to go public with the reasons for the divorce and I respect his right to privacy. I am curious as to what happened to his marriage, but I realize that it is none of my business. If a celebrity wants the world to know about his/her private life, the he/she will tell the world. If not, then we should have the manners to let them be. Personally, I think that one of the contributing factors to the high rate of divorce among celebrities is the lack of privacy that they have. When the stars start having problems in their relationships, rather than being able to work them out in private, the problems get trumpeted in the tabloids for all the world to see. This embarrasses both parties making it harder for them to reconcile their differences. So, I really think that people ought to just leave them alone and let them have the same right to privacy that the rest of us enjoy. I could keep going on this topic, but I think I should get off of my soapbox now.

Well, first of all, he's 37, not over 40. And, in questioning his sexual orientation, I really couldn't care less. He deserves to be happy with a partner of his choice. He's an outstanding actor whom I totally admire, both in regards to his career and the difficult decisions he's made in his personal life. And, for those of you that follow his career and are fans, he really is just as sweet, funny, sexy, down to earth and humble as you heard him to be. I know because I met him, not once, but twice and it was an absolute pleasure.

If you read about the real history of Sparta, it was compulsory for men to have sexual relationships with eachother, even though they were also encouraged to marry women and have more kids to build their army. It's only in modern times we make a big deal about whether people are gay or not. The truth is it really doesn't matter. He is a bit of alright, though. DAMN!!!

He never looks convincing when playing the romantic lead. Yes he is goodlooking but something is missing on screen, maybe he is still transitioning and hasn't quite found the acting style that works on camera. He looks to me as if he is trying too hard especially in PS I love you. In truth it is only Harry Connick Jr who comes across well in that movie.
