non stick is a myth, it just doesn't stick as bad. just use a little olive oil. thats what i do.

6-10-2017 Even a non-stick surface has a texture, so anything that can get into the texture and harden can stick at least a little bit. You might notice that after you knock the egg loose it will not stick again.
