Good question. I have a lab and he would eat all day if I let him. I think they just overkill on food until they explode. lol I guess like in the wild..all those animals feel like they have to eat everything at one time. It's a holdover for them because they don't know when they will eat again. =)

If you say these words i guarantee you s/he will not "always" be hungry.:"Do you want to go for a walk?" s/he may even begin losing weight.
