Yes! That is ridiculous. If they are having technical difficulties or made the order wrong, the manager should approach YOU and apologize. If you have to go to the manager is means they are not running the place very well.

I wouldnt stay past 15min. It's no longer "Fast" food. If they are clearly busy, I go somewhere els.

After 10 minutes I would have been demanding my money back. That is just ridiculous.

30 minutes? Nothing takes 30 minutes in a fast food joint. I would have demanded my money back after 10 minutes.

I would have advised him that his place was no longer a fast food place, and , due to the inordinate delay, I was not even sure if it was a food place! I would not have stayedbeyong 5 mins!

If I had not paid I would leave and shorten the wait for anyone that chose to stay. If I had already paid I would demand my money back. It might be an issue of poor employees turn out. That is easily remedied. It might be an issue of limited funds for employees. That is a problem. Either way I would give headquarters a call.

Absolutely. There is no reason. I would demand my money back. In some extreme cases, I have taken it to a corporate level.

I would.But that has never happened to me.More than 30 mins is wayyyy too long for food that you will be hungry 10 mins later.

I would only speak to the manager if it was a controllable delay that was not controlled.
