All I know is that I'm not.

That is disgusting. Not only doing it to yourself, but to other people... ew. And then, to top it off, your avatar has a cow licking the screen! :S ----- I think some people do it because they don't like seeing the spot there so they want to pop it. Edit: I was not "bashing your avatar" and rating down this answer was illegitimate.
-
cuz some look discusting
-
the only people that should enjoy this practice is a dermatologist... ah.. i see you have a pustule... let me excise it for you....
-
Because people look very ugly, disterbing and scary ith them(no offence to people with pimples).
-
I don't know but its gross- my mother does that to EVERYONE.
-
They eat their boogers too!
-
Because they think they are perfect and they think it's enervating for them to see somebody who was perfect suddenly get a big pimple.
-
An ancient form of grooming like monkeys picking lice off each other?
-
Who are these people and where do they live?
-
That's a very good question. So good in fact, that I felt the need to ask my bro who is going into physcology and he said that it's probably a form of obsessive compulsiveness... I personally think that monkey answer was probably the closest to the truth lol.
-
That is nasty. I would only do it if someone wanted me to and they couldn't reach it and only if it was really painful.

I once had a barber who I had never met, go right for a zit on my neck. That was weird!!!!!!!!! Maybe it's like the attraction of a horror movie. It makes you squirm but you keep coming back for more.
-
You are definatly not the only one. I generally don't get them myself, but when I even think about it...ooo...yuck.
-
Ew, no. That is really disgusting, and a sure fire way to spread bacteria.
-
You're not alone. That IS disgusting.
-
I have to admit my wife has helped me out before with a pimple on my back which I could not reach, I think she must love me very much. I can say I would do the same for her. Generally no, that's something a person needs to take care of themselves.
-
It comes down to picking your own friends. You can pick your own pimples, but you cannot let others pick your zits for you unless you are invalid.
-
ooook. We were working in an area with a bad smell. Some of the guys were kind of gagging, one of them asked an old man who was having no problem with it why it didnt bother him. Without batting an eye the old man turned and replied "Son, when I was a kid I had a job down at the hospital, sucking out boils. One day a big fat lady who had not bathed in about a week came in with a boil right in her "taint". To get to it I had to have my nose right in her ass. I sucked and sucked and finally it blew, filling up my mouth. It must have felt good to her because just at that moment she farted real big. At that moment I ALMOST gagged, but no other than that, no problem!" Then he laughed and laughed. He thought it was so funny. I almost lost my lunch right there.
-
Um... I think pimples are a rather 'personal' thing which you should take care of yourself. I guess it helps you keep up personal hygiene?
-
as far as pimples go , no i take care of my own and other people should too.
-
Hi PP I don't touch other's pimple... I Don't have a single pimple.
-
My pimples....MY problem. Their pimples.....THEIR proplem. EW!
-
My wife obsessively goes after pimples on my back. It gets on my nerves but it's been nearly 6 years now so I'm used to it.
-
For the most part that is 'personal' hygene matter. But hubby and I will take care of any hard to reach ones that either of us may get on occasion. We've got that love working for us!
-
Yuk! yuk! yuk! Just reading this question makes me feel yucky and yuk!
-
i also find that disgusting.
-
Because maybe we don't want to be staring at a puss filled mountain on someone's face when you're talking to them.
-
because you have the satisfaction of popping but without scarring.
-
I take care of my boyfriend all the time. I don't think he would do it himself if I didn't do it, and he likes that I do it for him. It just depends on your personal comfort level and that of the other person.
-
I'm not about to run up to some random person and attack their face with my hands, but why is it gross to pop someone's pimple if you would have sex with them?
-
ewwwwwwww...sorry thats all I can say on that one.
-
ewwwwwwww...sorry thats all I can say on that one.
-
Not only is that disgusting, but it's unsanitary and leads to even more pimples too! When you pop a pimple, you have to use a tissue or Q-tips, so you don't cause an infection at the pimple site or spread the bacteria to other areas of your skin.
-
what??
-
That's wrong, you would have to be mental to want someonelses puss on your hands!!
-
You've got to be joking! I don't know why, if it's true...I've never run into anyone like that so I don't have a clue...maybe they should become surgeons..maybe they have good intentions and want to be helpful and just have chosen a very wacky way to do it.

OMG, I don’t think I will be able to touch someone else’s pimples, unless it is a life and death situation.
-
no, i'm not into that
-
I don't have any pimples. ;) If I did, you wouldn't see them. As for popping others... for money. A hippie I am by day, but if you want me to squeeze your (z)its, you will have to pay.
-
I definitely do not like to have my pimples squeezed by others, nor do I squeeze anybody else's pimples (blech!).
-
No no no no no.
-
Ewwwww to all questions except yes to the last. My pimples are my private affair, and yours are your own.
-
No if I really need to squeeze my pimples I do it myself. Although I always try not to cos although it is so tempting to squeeze so they go away, when you squeeze not all of it comes out. In fact you actually squeeze some back in. So in otherwords just leave spots alone and just keep your face clean and don't cover up with loads of makeup.
-
No! LOL I do it myself! I find it a little personal! LOL And I do not pop other peoples!
-
I do pop my son's pimples for him - he's too chicken to do it himself. I think it's different when it's your kids. I wouldn't pop anyone else's or let anyone else pop mine - Gross!
-
not sure its definately a girl thing!
-
Your choice of category (habits) gives a hint to the answer. It is not a matter of choice, but rather habit, or more likely a desire to better themselves by enhancing their looks. It's sort of like washing your face, brushing your teeth, squeezing zits, and applying make up, all part of getting presentable.
-
My b/f is always squeezing and poking his skin...drives me up the wall lol .. because i was always taught to leave things like that alone in case you cause an infection..
-
I know only one person --a guy, by the way-- who does that a lot...mostly on his upper arms and chest while he's watching TV. It kinda grosses me out when I see him doing it...like those who pick their nose in the car next to you, waiting for the traffic light to change! Ewwwwe!
-
Maybe to get rid of that hideous red and white protrusion. If they squeeze the pus out, it might heal quicker and it relieves the pressure.
