• First of all bring it in a warm room. Take the battery out and make sure its dry. Most phones should withstand more cold than what it can be in a car. If the battery is dry, and everything else is, charge it up. If that doesnt work then something else is the problem.
  • When you bring it inside, moist might accumulate on the cold phone. Just wait a while before using it. But most likely it's a battery problem; Just like your car doesn't turn over fast when starting in winter. If you can't recharge, you can always go to the store and try a new battery...
