  • Thylacine is an animal native to Tasmania and the Australian mainland that was commonly referred to as a Tasmanian Tiger, but has been presumed extinct since the early 20th century. Some people still report having encounters with Thylacines. Chupacabra is a crytpid, or reported creature not recognized by mainstream science from stories originating in Latin America. It' supposed to look somewhat like an alien or flying reptile that sucks the blood out of small animals. Besides the fact that both are reportedly seen but not documented to really exist, and the fact that there is a misinterpretation in a certain part of Texas of mangy coyotes that might look something like a thylacine, that are being called the chupacabra, I dont know of any link. But i thought you might find this video interesting. Its was shot by a Spanish film crew in Australia and supossedly shows a Thylacine hunting.
  • There is absolutely no connection at all between the Thylacine and the Chupacabra. The Chupacabra doesn't even exist and the Thylacine was a real animal.
