Where do i go to sign for up for low income housing where i do wont have to be on a waiting list

you can't. I don't care if you want to live in the smallest town in America..they ALL have waiting list and it goes by priority: disability, single parent, do you have income, etc. If you can get one you are lucky. Most places have a minimum 2-3 year waiting list.

call around, some people move out of state then once they get section 8 they relocate. (its faster) if you are on disability you don't have to wait as long and if you have children or if you are in a dangerous home now.
