HELL YA! Graphics more awesome, funnier and more action and less chic-flick dramma like Spider Man. Plus he doesn't have "special powers" he's just sexy, smart and rich.

"Iron Man" was okay but in my opinion it wasn't even better than the "Fantastic Four" and "Transformers" I almost fell to sleep on "Transformers". But he's just a rich guy in a robot suit. wow. "Spider-Man on the other hand has lots of combat action and its even funny sometimes.
