T-Mobile nights start at 7:00p.

Impossible to answer without knowing your plan, check your plan details. T-Mobile is advertising unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile starting at 7 PM for prepaid "pay by the day" customers, but if you are on "pay as you go" there is no unlimited nights, and for a conventional contract the fine print reads 9 PM. Note, on the "pay by the day" plan you pay $1 every day you use the phone even if your minutes are after hours and aren't charged.
