    The control freak has a personality disorder. A personality disorder is a condition that is developed over time, mostly during adolescence. A need to control can be a symptom of several different types of personality disorders, most commonly, Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Personality Disorders cannot be "cured" with medication. They take years of therapy. Don't count on the Control Freak realizing that they need help. To them, it is always someone else's problem, NEVER theirs; admitting you have a problem is losing control.

    yes my man of 16 years we dont have any children thank god and we are not married. weve had some hard times being with eachother because of this. ive told him to leave my life but he just insist on staying.he even wants to control when he wants to leave its so funny sometimes because he became like this as he got older, i just cant take anymore. i want to be in a control free zone.
