Larry, Since you're not a native English speaker, I think it's important for you to understand some basic things about Answerbag: 1- Using CAPS all the time is considered rude... it's like "shouting" at people. This probably reduces the number of people who are willing to answer your questions significantly. 2- A question like this one, which asks us to rate ALL 44 presidents, is a lot of work. It's unlikely that someone is going to sit down and take the time necessary to consider all 44 presidents, compare them to each other, sort them into order, and then include an explanation for the rationale. An answer like that would be many pages long, and take weeks to construct. 3- You've posted this question in the wrong category -- it should be in American Presidents, not "About Answerbag". As a courtesy to others, please take a moment to choose an appropriate category for your questions. I think you'll enjoy your time on Answerbag more, and fit in better with the community, if you bear these things in mind.
