I go to the gym twice a week. I tried "spinning" once - that (in my opinion) is the best calorie burner. It really is tough and I think I need to get a bit fitter before I attempt it again !!

Gym until i had my ideal weight. Then i stopped and thought i might get away with only running. Now i`m back at the gym. The only way for me to really "do it" several times a week...stepper/bike/band...

Wii Fit. In the winter, I have walking disks that work in my own living room.

i swim, lots of cardio respiratory exercise along with gradual muscle build up.... cools me down in the summer times too.

I bought a rowing machine a few years ago - the best purchase I ever made. I row every other night, for half an hour. I watch dvds at the same time - but only those with subtitles, the machine is loud, you can't hear an ipod without blowing your ear drums.

Dog walking, spinning and especially cardio endurance. Cardio exercise is a rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. This is the zone were you burn the most calories.
