No, it just means that she has a bigger vagina. My experience has been that the taller the girl and the wider the hip bones, in general the larger the vagina. Likewise, the shorter the girl and the narrower the hip bones, the smaller the vagina. However, this has not been totally and completely true.

Oh and one other thing. "Tightness" and "Loosness" can be confused with the level of her wetness and arousal. In a minimally wet and aroused state, the same vagina will seem much tighter than a highly aroused and sloppy wet vagina.
