  • More than likely, yes. At the time of your plea (or conviction), if you were given time to get your affairs in order before remanding yourself to custody, you may have also given a waiver that allows the court to impose more time if you fail to report as ordered. In addition, the order from the court may be the basis for a violation of probation which could lead to additional time beyond your original sentence. Contact your attorney and get this squared away as quickly as possible. The longer you stay out after missing your remand date, the worse it looks for you.
