in my experience no, but i always make sure i have had a bowl movement first, because i like to leave plug in for long periods of time.

You cant fill your tummy up, and plug the outlet... Definitely gotta relieve yourself so there isnt pressure on your bowels

It can. It's not as bad as a dick in your ass! Start with a small one, and put it in at your own pace. If you don't like it. Stop. If you can, try again.

Quite possibly. Try to time things out such that you have a bowel movement about 30-45 minutes before inserting your plug. The feeling of being plugged up is not too distant from having to use the toilet. I mean,obviously it seems kinda natural that wearing a butt plug have having to shit probably feel similar. But when you really have to use the toilet and you're plugged, just follow common sense- take it out, wash it and put it back in.
