I dont really care!
-
Generally no.
-
Not really, but I've been called cute all my life.
-
I doubt they do you are a cute little girl u know.
-
doesnt i depend on the way they call you cute and who it is??
-
Its a compliment! Why not!? :D
-
Maybe I'm in the minoritity here, but I don't have a problem with it. Although it's probably near the bottom of the list (it's second to "sexy').
-
Puppies are cute: so ...NO. Beautiful: YES.
-
I wonder if anyone would call me so.
-
Not cute. pretty : yes ;)
-
As a man - if I call someone cute, I probably don't respect her very much.
-
yes i like
-
Cute is good...
-
I only like being called cute by women (I am female), and only when I've said something ignorant and deserving of such a remark. One night a year ago I was talking to a woman ten years my elder, and she sighed and mentioned in a manner of complaint the next day was a hump day. Honestly not knowing what that was, I responded, "Hump day sounds like a GOOD day to me." She laughed, and continued to explain what hump day was. There are times when I'll accept 'cute' as a compliment on my physical appearance, and yet because I used more mature adjectives to compliment someone else (my favorites are 'beautiful' and 'lovely'), I'd much rather be called something which doesn't cause me to feel young and immature.
-
It just makes me feel young. To me cute is childish. And it isn't used here as a compliment, really. Somebody isn't like 'oh you're cute'. Cute is for little animals and children. I think it's more of an American thing.
-
Only if it refers to my accent, otherwise I need something more "Femme-ish", like pretty, beautiful, gorgeous, smoking-hot, sexy! Haha! :D
-
Sure.
-
I am not a lady, But you are very cute
-
no i hate that. I think kids are cute, an animal is cute, Im beutiful and sexy and pretty not cute.
-
depends on who's calling me cute. my husband and children, yes. a stranger, NO
-
I am not a lady but I dont think Ladies like being called cute by their boyfriends but it is ok to be called cute by a friend or family member. My girlfriend likes it when I call her sexy, I think.
-
Yea, but it gets old!!!
-
sure...but others i like more: clever, sweet, yummy, intellegent, unpredectable, "crazy" :)
-
no....I think 'cute' is for kids
-
No, because I don't think it describes me. I am not "cute" and never really have been except as a small child. I am attractive, interesting, intelligent, lot of other adjectives, but not cute. So the few times some man or other has said that, I have felt that he is not really seeing me. On the other hand, I think for girls and women and boys and men who really are cute, there is nothing wrong with saying so. A lot of people either go for that look or have it naturally, and it is an appropriate word to describe them as long as they don't mind it.
-
sure, ill take that lol
-
Sure ladies will like it as "CUTE" stands foe Creating Unnecessary Trouble Every time
-
i hate when a guy calls me cute, i really liked this one guy i worked with ,he told me one day how much he liked me and how cute i was, it killed the way i felt for him instantly.
-
I'd rather be called beautiful. :)
-
I prefer to be called pretty, gorgeous, sexy, smart, witty, loving
-
Yes but it does depend on why... sometimes I'm called cute when I do something really stupid. It's like he's trying to say something nice about my mistake. When it comes to my looks, cute is ok but my bf calls me "pretty" and that's better.
-
I dont like it I love it!
-
R u kidding me..!!! I luurrrvvvv it!!!
-
It depends who is saying it. If it's my Mom, Grandparent, or Aunt, then I don't mind it. If it is a guy, I'll send'em over the flippn balcony! *hee!*
-
I'm a man but reading through these answers surprises me, as everyone I know (male or female) uses cute in conjunction with the opposite sex to mean good-looking, attractive, not in the little baby or puppy sense; it has a double meaning.
-
Sure... Although it really depends. Better than called sexy. I would run for the door if that was the case. :P
-
sure why not it doesn't bother me
-
I am a 46 year old female. I don't mind being called cute.
-
Yea, definitely.
-
Not so much because my gyno doc calls me that, but it stands for C -chronic U -urinary T -tract I -infection : )
-
it doesn't hurt! :)
-
id be happy if he called me anything that would indicate that he finds me attractive, still waiting on that
-
I think a beautiful would be a better way to go?
-
I had a guy come into the office where I worked and say, "OOhwee, you are prettier than a speckled pup" (he was real into his hunting dogs) That was a little weird, to say the least. Sooo, hey..plain old CUTE is good..that I can handle.
-
I would love to be called "cute" or called at all. LOL
-
i prefer gorgeous :)
-
yes.
-
I'm pretty certain the ugly love it.
-
Honestly? No, because a 6 footer, slender, dark skinned, green eyed female can not be just "cute." I know it sounds arrogant but when I walk into a restaurant, men glances tell me I am right. LOL
-
yeah if they ever called me that. but no they call me georgious and i really dont see how i am but hey they say i am so what the heck.lol
-
...im a man...
-
Depends on the context. If it's my boyfriend, then I would say yes. But not if it was someone at work. Then I would be insulted... highly insulted
-
i like being called cute my bf tells me that all the time so i'm used to it he also calls me other things like beautiful and stuff like that and i'm comfy
-
no no no lol .. im only 5', and have always been 'petite' ..i used to have an old uncle who used to call me 'cutie wootie' which used to annoy the hell out of me when all i wanted was to get taller and grow boobs like the other girls.. being called 'cute' always reminds me of that ..:O)
-
Wow! I guess a WEALTHY person would just despise being called "RICH!!!!!"
-
I think the older I get the less impact "Cute" has on me. However I will take Cute over Old any day ;)
-
I don't mind, but sometimes when "cute" is said, then seems like the man says that because he doesn't think you're real pretty. But I don't know for sure....have been called cute, but also pretty or beautiful or hot.
-
If "cute" is all he can come up with, then I'd be insulted. Either that, or I would think that he weren't intelligent enough to know that "cute" is a fucking insult!
-
I love it !!!!
-
I don't think anyone has ever referred to me as cute. I don't think it's a bad thing, I think it's more your actions, or freckles, or a grin.:)
-
WHEN I WAS 5
-
Only if I'm deliberately trying to be cute. Otherwise no, it seems kind of patronizing, even if meant as a compliment.
