I have seen in websites what is described as 'bushspeak'. Often I ended up laughing. Probably I really misunderstood. I should really have made an effort and made good sense of all that 'bushspeak' done with all honesty and sincearity. I am sorry I didn't learn how to appreciate properly. I am ashamed my education was no use when it came to understanding 'bushspeak'. So I must conclude President Bush has been totally misunderstood.

His intentions or his actions? His actions(or lack thereof) speak for themselves, I think. If he didn't intend to do what he has done, then I suppose he would have been misunderstood.
