None, I stopped doing that a long time ago, if want a little bit of sweetness, I'll ad a little bit of condensed milk to it.

I add a bit of brown sugar to oatmeal.

I use turbano sugar. I just add half a tea spoon to a bowl of seven grain whatever. It adds a hint of sweetness, and when the cereal is gone, there is just a small pile of sugar still on the bottom. indicating i didnt eat it all.

I seldom eat cereal, but when I do I go for the oh so healthy cocoa pebbles or cocoa crispies and such..enough sugar in it already :)

I used to 'need' to add it to Grape Nuts, but not anymore. Lately though, I got this macadamia nut and cranberry cereal that I need to add a little sugar to because the nuttieness is too strong/greasy.

When I was young corn flakes, rice krispies, Cheerios, Wheaties. Now that I am older I don't use sugar at all and hardly eat cereal. When I do it is granola, and it is sweet enough.

None for me...I can't even understand why in the world you would put sugar! :) and plus I think I am sweet enough..don't need anymore! :)
