I was at the grocery store today and I mentioned to a lady about the price of meat.. she started in on how she was a political science major and how she KNEW that once Obama was elected, he was immediately be assasinated because EVERYONE is a racist and the country is not ready for a black man to run it. I asked her why she thought that way..she said OH I KNOW IT.. that is what we are learning in class. So, I don't know if that is what people are being taught and if it's really a racist issue or if they are afraid. I do think some of them are racist and want him to die rather than be in office. IDK but that seems to be the concensus is that because he's black, he can't be President.

Having seen some of the hatred expressed in AB for Obama, I wouldn't be at all surprised. Kennedy aroused the same kinds of hatred in the 1960s.

People are talking about Obama getting assassinated because he is black. Most people of America are shocked that a black man has even made it as far as Obama has, he even has some what of a winning chance. The issue here isn't whether or not he will or will not get assassinated. Its pretty much fact that it will happen if he wins just for the fact that the white people of America couldn't stand to see a black man run this country. Its not to hard to see why this topic is even up for discussion because the racism of America dates way back before blacks even had rights, and now we have one voting, what does that tell you... You'd be better off not voting for him at all just for the fact that he's trying to take away the 2nd amendment, for those who don't know that's your right to own a fire arm. We could go on about all of the negatives but it all comes down to one ending, its either gonna be a whole lot of whites voting for McCain, or a whole lot of blacks voting for Obama. Being the first black president in a nation with a past such as our puts a lot of heat on the whole situation. Don't believe everything that's said, but don't be surprised with the out come. If he does win, you can bet you sweet ass that the government is gonna do everything in their power to protect him.
