I can't just say one thing inparticular. There are many things that help given the situation that I am dealing with. Exercise is good. Watching a good movie, eating my fav. food, hanging with my friends to get my mind off things, writing, cooking, going to an upbeat church and shout! I love to listen to music also. Talking things out about my life with a good NON-judgemental friend is always good too. Good Luck! Shelly
