Why do we use inferior products? I was outside and tried to use my cell phone and the sun 'washed out' the image. I had to go indoors to read it. Why doesn't this wonderful technology work when we need to use it??? Is it because it's flawed?

Hm. The thing I do not understand is why people need a telephone to take pictures and send messages. Its a telephone - Hello - no need to read, you speak and listen. Sheesh.

i generally dont use inferior products. thats primarily because i do my research on the company and the product, check consumer reports/checkbook and online user reviews, and then make a very educated purchase. im very rarely disappointed. also, i dont buy much "stuff". im very selective about what i need and want to bring into my home. why complicate my life with technological gizmos i dont really need? and if i stop using something, or if the product features or functionality stink in any way, i give it to charity. this significantly reduces irritation in my life!! :D

Generally speaking we use inferior products because of cost. There is also the fact the companies are often making inferior products because it forces you to buy new things. If they made great products they'd eventually go out of business cause you'd never need a new one.
