  • My recommendation is to make sure you get enough sleep tonight. Also, don't let nerves get in your way; then you can be completely focused on the task at hand.
  • Rest up. Other than that. You either have it by now or you don't. Whatever your skills level, you can always do you best when you have had plenty of rest or sleep. Also, try to relax. Stressing out about it can do some harm and no good at all.
  • 1) Get a good night sleep the day before. 2) Make sure you eat more than an hour before the game but not too long before the game. You want your brain to be working - not worrying about yuor stomach. 3) If you know what openings your opponent prefers - then look them up in ches books for the simple errors. I would not recommend spending hours studying. 4) Dont drink alcohol. I know it sounds like an obvious one, but my team plays in a pub and .... 5) If I have a head ache - I dont take tablets - I always seem to play better with a headache - does not make sense to me either. Not sure I would recommend this one - but it does work for me. 6) Just relax - in the end it is only a game (OK - I hate losing too). Good luck - unless you are playing me! Oh Good luck either way.
  • ok well just make sure that you are NOT nervous which can be sort of hard, but also make ure you use the toilet b4 u play I sometimes find myself so nervous I always need to poop during a game and it can make you lose your concentration
