  • I don't think the parking garage will be able to help you out. Your regular car insurance should have some claus in it that deals with your situation.
  • generally, they don't accept responsibility and by parking there you accept their "conditions"
  • The garage is not liable, and chances are your insurance company will estimate your damage at just under the cost of your deductible-they're pretty psychic that way. Leaving you to foot the bill.
  • most parking garages are video taped,try to find out if that one was,that might help find that bastard
  • If the garage had a disclaimer stating that it is not responsible for any loss/damages that take place in their facilities, then they are not liable. Chances are the police can do little or nothing about this either. My car was hit in the broad daylight, by a fellow employee in the emplyee parking lot of my job, and the police did not do anything about it.
