I would never be dumb enough to let anyone drive that was drinking, a co-worker of mine said she learned this in an insurance class and I said she was wrong. Just wanted to put this question out there to prove her wrong.

NO...I once let my friend drive my car home from a bar cause she was the least drunk of us all and she ended up getting pulled over and getting a DUI. The cops were actually really nice they didn't impound my car one cop drove my car with me and my other two friends in it to a Denny's near by and waited till someone came and picked us up and drove my car home.

If you are not in the car and if you do not knew he is going to drunk drive your car before he is doing it, I do not believe you will be charged with anything.

Yes you can ! My daughter let her boyfriend drive her truck and they charged her with DUI because it was her truck .

Possibly if you are way too drunk too because that would be considered being drunk in public. But if you both are drunk and you let someone else drive then that would be considered suicide
