Why are Americans the most aggressive people around?

You haven't been out much have you? Americans are certainly not the most aggresive. Now we wil stand our own and won't be prone to take crap from anyone but thta is not necessarily overly aggressive. mr Bill

new zeeland is pretty agresive. unless you mean agresive towards other countries in which case i would say cause america is just a baby country. here in britain we have already done the " look at us we are great every body bow to us" imperialist thing. let them have their turn

Because Americans prize excellence over lineage, or station, or race, or creed. Because America is always about being the best and nothing else. . Americans can be the most aggressive, when it is called for. Americans are also the most generous, the most inventive, the most honorable, and the most tolerant people on earth. There is no surname, no race, no religion that isn't American. . Americans are extremist by definition. The American culture calls us to strive to be the best we can be at whatever we set out hands to. . America is about an ideal, where every other country on earth is only about being themselves. American is about freedom and achievement. France is only about being French, China about being Chinese, and Iraq about being contrary. . That's why Americans are the most aggressive people around - when they are being aggressive. . Does that help?

If you are talking about America as a whole, it's because America has to protect itself to survive. America came to be by fighting the British for Independence. America is in the war that it's in now because they were terrorized on their own soil (same as WWII). That being said, not all individual Americans agree with or condone what America as a whole (or its leaders) decides. Majority rules, and if you aren't in the majority then too bad for you. If you are talking about individual Americans, America is a goverment made by the people, for the people. It's not a monarchy, or a dictatorship. America does what it does and gets where it's going because the people stand up and say what they want. It's a place where everyone gets a say. When you get the opportunity to affect your government, perhaps you become generally more vocal, or more 'aggressive'. If we were all passive then our government would fail and the ideals which America were founded upon would be lost.

studies have shown that ones temper is directly linked to the food we eat. less wholesome healthy food = more stressed out hence bad tempers. americans consume the most junk food per person than any other nation in the world.
