He's an illusionnist, not a magician. He simply uses a wire that rotates around his body, allowing him to turn around. He has videos all over YouTube and other places, explaining each of his illusions, and how they confuse the naked eye.

As a long-time amateur magician myself, I firmly believe that a large part of what you see him "perform" on TV you could not see if you were there in person.
