The days are getting shorter and i just remarked on this to my husband the other day:-)

I'm a very time-oriented person, so when I see that it is already dark out, I am confused when I look at the clock and see how early it still is.

The shortening days are a definite factor for me, as I totally hate short nights, so it's the first thing I notice. Seriously lmao, every single day when Summer starts I look at the time when it gets dark, and am never short a minute when the dark starts coming in earlier. I do this all the way to November, the darkest month ever lol.

The first "unofficial" day of fall is they day you see the first flatbed truck full of Christmas trees. That seems to happen around October 15th around here.
