If you Had to choose between driving without a license or insurance what one would you choose?

well the question is nonsense in practical terms... but... given that I could, I'd choose driving without a license (assuming I did know how to drive). The reason is that if I have no license, the only person at risk is me. I might get a ticket. $200? 500? I do notk now - but the risk is limited - and limited to me If I drive without insurance, and have a wreck, then others are going to be affected by my decision and the potential downside is unlimited. and if I didn't know how to drive, then hang the consequences, I'd take the bus without a permit.
