I like to call it: (dunh dunh duh) Black Friday. A day in which I was rammed several times by overfilled carts driven by angry middle aged women. A day in which I saw people camping outside of the Best Buy and Target stores. A day in which I had an entire shelf of childrens toys toppled over on me by some unknowing woman. 'Twas a horrible, horrible day.

Just being at the mall trying to get something you actually need and having to wait in a line of cars to get parking and climb over people to get to the checkstand can be a nightmare that I try to avoid.

When I was Married and We had 5 children things were always tough. what we would do was put the childrens gifts on layaway untill just before christmas. Every year, the company I worked for gave its employees a christmas bonus just before the holiday, and each year i picked up our familys layaway with that one year My bonus as received just a few days before christmas so when the kids were sleeping I went to pick up the layaway. the department could not find it, realized that a clerk read the date wrong the order was to be picked up and put everything back to sell. so there it was 3 days before christmas all of our shopping done, now GONE. 5 kids at home, a disapointed wife, My heart sank soooo loooo I walked aimless around the store with tears in my eyes before I could go home, I got the money from the layaway and did the best I could That was the worst I felt like I let the world down.
