We want to make questions as easy to understand and to search for as possible. If you've browsed a list of long questions with 'creative' spelling and abbreviations, you know how much harder it is to read and understand what's being asked. And if you're using our search engine, misspelled words may mean that a relevant question won't be returned in the search results list. Questions should be clear, concise and have correct spelling, punctuation and grammar, and they should be in the form of a question, complete with a question mark (though clarifying sentences in addition to the core question are allowed). Ideally, questions should be broad enough that they will be helpful to other members of the community. Please do not include your name in the question unless it is directly relevant to the question. Your username will be shown next to the question, so there's no need to identify yourself again.
