  • the question indicates that you are going to school.in that case the H.S.D.would be very helpful later. i've known people with a college degree that failed the real estate exam in new york. even though you need just under 80% to pass.

I would suggest getting the High School Diploma. Honestly, if I found out my agent didn't pass High School I would not use him. Can you imagine the disasterous results by letting a High School drop out handle one of the most important purchases of your life. Sorry, no way am I going to have a high school drop out handle that.
