No and I never did. I'm not sure how I would handle a person that behaves this way.

Perhaps not that bad, but we do have some really awful neighbors who moved in about 3 years ago. The most disrespectful, noisy, littering, lying, theiving jerks I've ever had the displeasure to know. The police have been called a few times....I'm waiting for my chance to do it!

Yeah like the department doesn't have enough problems, and bad image, and this movie crops up! absolutley freaking FANTASTIC!!!
