FAST FORWARD. Life has been speeding by since 1999/Y2K. Ridiculous and subjective. Without benchmarks, world events, birthdays, etc., it's seem even faster.

Someone needs to do proper scientific tests to see how much faster time is really going now. It just seems like what I did two seconds ago was hours ago... it's crazy. Madness.

Yes it went buy pretty fast it's crazy when you think about it I had a miscarriage, divorce was finally final, went through two cars, went to jail for a day, and now got engaged and have a wonderful family! Flashed before my eyes.

omg yes. it just flew by. but im happy that everyone is moving on to next year because 2006 has showed no mercy on myself or my familes. i am sooo thankful for the year full of learning experiences though. : D

The older I get the faster time flies. 2006 was here and gone in the blink of an eye but guaranteed 2007 will go even faster.

No, it seems like forever because so much has changed for me. I started the year by graduating college and quitting my old job. Then I moved to my parents'. Then I had a bunch of interviews. Then I got two temporary jobs. Then I got a full time job. Then I quit my temporary jobs. Then I bought apartment furnishings. Then I moved to my new apartment (in another city I might add). Then I started my new job. Then my sister had a baby. Then my car crapped out. Then I bought a new car. Then I got a new phone. Then I started a new band. What will happen in the next two weeks to top it off, I wonder? Last January seems like a lifetime ago.

I have such a horrible sense of time. I thought it was 2004 up until march of this year. I just think time is an illusion and I don't even brother caring about it anymore. I only care about short term time like when I get off work. I don't even try with months and years I am bad at as well. I have never been able to remember my age. So to wrap my rant about time up, I can't say that 2006 went fast because I can't tell 2005 from 2006.

It started off terribly slow, but that was more a hang on from a disasterous 2005. About June it got better, and seems to be speeding up ever since. 10 days until my birthday. 10! Thats scary, 16, blimey.

The first part was slow,untill mid August, then it sped up to an allmost frantic degree. And it has'nt slowed down since.

longst year ever! i lost my best friend for 9 months, been mugged and iPod stolen, diagnosed with depression in may, and high school is long as hell and the work load load is too much for an ADD kid with procrasination problems
