I think the only thing you can catch through saliva is like herpes and mono. other tahn that. you have to have a cut in your mouth or be havinng sexx or oral sex.

Believe it or not, AIDS... It could take up to ocean full of saliva but definatly possible.

The short answer; yes you can. A friend of mine worked at an STD clinic and she met lots of guys who had contracted HIV from kissing infected women. If your worried I would contact your doctor.

You can but it's not likely, most often it's when there is blood in the saliva that gets exchanged threw open sores in the mouth. Even then it's not high odds, from what I have heard there is only a small handful of cases that have reported this. As the others said your more likely to get one of the other fun and exciting STDs from it. Ill dig out my study book later and see if I can site some cases for you, but right now I'm relaxing =)
