Most likely no, it is very unlikely to become pregnant while you're menstruating. your body releases the egg usually around the 14th or 15th day after your period. this is why it is most likely not possible to become pregnant DURING your period, because there is no egg to be fertilized. Always use protection. Not only are you putting yourself at risk of pregnancy (and possibly an unwanted one) you're also at risk of STIs. Use a condom. If you're 'grown up' enough to have sex, you're grown up to use contraception.
