    According to Wikipedia, Gene Autry was the first to record Frosty the Snow Man. However, I would expect that it was the composers, Steve "Jack" Rollins and Steve Nelso, that first sang it as they were writing it.

    gene autry but even though the writers singed it when they were writing it they never sang it and put it on a CD(:
