Secondly, I would suggest something like taking up a hobby, such as an instrument that you enjoy playing, art, a sport, decorating Furbys, something along those lines. Try to fill your time with progressive things that will help you better yourself...

Well, you're making me leave out all the good stuff now. Other 'clean' ways I guess would be listening to ear shattering rock, reading a good book, or playing an online game.

Take an hour long "hike" in your own neighborhood, not allowing yourself to stop (except at intersections) and then treat yourself to a wonderful bubble bath with candles, music, and absolutely no conversation.

Good question! If we leave AB out: Read, play music, listen to music, TV, DVD, shopping, writing letters, email, surfing the web, chat on the phone, read magazines or newspapers, go for a walk, drive in the car...
