  • Running is a great way to lose weight, and that includes jogging. Situps would increase muscle, but that might take too long. I would say start jogging and/or running at least once a week, and maybe build on what you can do from time to time. Drinking water is a great solution too. When I workout at night with weights, I drink ice cold tap water, and I am almost ripped!
