Do you do more than what is in your job description for the same pay without being asked to?

I do, but what's really frustrating is that there are 3 levels of people where I work who all do exactly the same job, but we get paid according to our degrees (we have MAs/CNAs, LPNs and RNs) for the same type and amount of work.

I always have. It is a very liberating feeling.

Oh yes. I have been described by others as a "hyper" person, often doing more is just a natural reflex.:)
