Nothing in the Constitution. I guess they just keep recounting and recounting until someone is the victor. =O Small chance of that anyways.

The House of Representatives than elects the next President. While making the choice, the vice-President elect is acting President. If that person is not chosen, than the current Speaker of the House is acting President.

It is probably not how it is done, but I think they should fall back to the people's vote. Count all the individual votes and see who has the majority.

It falls to the US House of Representatives where each state gets one vote.

They will not permit Joe Biden to be president! They will not allow another Catholic to man the Oval Office! When it's all said and done and the dust settles you will find Nancy Pelosi as the interim president until she resigns! Scott what will happen after that point?
