  • Same reasons men get that way. Insecurity is most likely the reason. If you make your hunny less insecure, the jealousy will more than likely fade.
  • The ones that do are insecure about their selves.
  • I have never felt jealousy nor envy. My guess is that it is based in fear and insecurity. But it is only just a guess. Happy Tuesday! :)
  • I'm envious of people skinnier than me because I have always had a problem with the way I look. I never feel pretty enough of skinny enough. I guess the media helps with that, always printing pictures of gorgeous size 0 models everywhere. I'm jealous because of my past. It made me that way. I never used to get jealous about anything until I started dating the wrong blokes. I got abused in all the ways possible and it's made me lose my trust in pretty much everyone. I just think that everyone is out to get me and that at some point everyone will backstab me.
  • Some are, yes. But I also know of quite a few guys who are that way too. It's not specific to gender.
  • its not gender specific, i see it in both genders...it's always insecurity...when i was younger i was jealous of a friend of mine though i loved her and valued her friendship...i never let her know i envied her, but thats before i knew what an awesome mo fo I was!!! haha! i guess everyone is the center of they're own universe it's ok to be a little jealous, it's natural, so long as it doesnt last more than a minute...serious envy is very unhealthy, having been there, i can say it's insecurity, but i've also known many (MANY) men who are jealous and envious
