i think i have it.. and it is driving me NUTS! i have tried to have sex quite a number of times and it just ends up in embarassment and frustration. i would like to 'cure' it myself without having to go the doctor but i have no idea where to start.

I'm a 16 year old. I have vaginismus to the point where my vagina is completely closed. But then again, I have a history of bad sexual abuse so...but don't worry, vaginismus isn't always caused by that! You should see a doctor. Maybe therapy?
