Peanut Butter, unless you are allergic to peanuts
-
macadamia/chocolate chunk... you can charge triple the price because they're sooooooo good! less cookies but more money... Or do oatmeal-raising if you're going for bulk amounts and average income... (I'm biased)
-
Peanut butter with chocolate chunks, add extra peanut butter and bake only to the soft and chewy stage - not crispy - the chocolate chunks go nice and fudgey.

I'm just about to make stained glass ginger bread chrismas decorations. They're great fun, and you can sell them to eat or hang. just make gingerbread cookies in fun shapes like stars, cut out the middle in an echo of the shape, smash up some boiled sweets (like jolly ranchers) and put them in the middle make a hole at the top with a skewer cook as you normally would wait to cool then put pretty ribbons in the holes. sell, eat and enjoy.

I've got a different one for y'all. Take puff pastry, roll it flat to about 9 or 10 inches square. Sprinkle it with chopped pecans and sugar. Roll both sides to the center. Refrigerate the roll for an hour, then slice into quarter inch slices and bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. After they have cooled, dip one of the ends into melted chocolate with a little bit(2 teaspoons or so) of melted parafin wax (Its stabalizzes the chocolate and makes it very shiny). These are pretty, atsty, and kids and adults bith like them. Also, they are really simple but look like they came from a bakery. YOu can also make the roll and freeze it for times when people are dropping by. Here is a very crude drawing of what the cookies should look like after they've been sliced. I hope you get the idea from my artwork.
