  • Hi rockstar, I suggest searing it quickly in a hot pan, about a minute per side, and then popping it in the oven at 425 until it's cooked to your liking, flipping it after a few minutes. I don't have a grill, and this is how I cook steaks :) if it's about an inch thick, then cooking it to mid-rare will take you about 3-4 minutes per side.
