I read somewhere that the noises your digestive tract makes is translated in your brain visually creating or adding to your dreams. If your lactose intolerant cheese would certainly be the key to vivid dreams. But I just read that in passing - I don't remember the reference.

Im a bit strange cause if i eat late at nite i dont have weird dreams i have erotic ones, not sure if i should be sharing that with you though :)
