Help answer this question below.

Can someone tell me how to make pivot figures?
I know how to make simple ones, but I don't understand the static and dynamic.
How can you make static lines?

    Static=non-moving
    Dynamic=moving
    to switch between static/dynamic, just click the button w/ a pic of a line w/ an X over the point.
